| I think it would have been better if the man didnt have a cell phone because if he is busy making a living, then he would be to busy for social time, unless the phone is for people to contact him for the next job i give this picture a 7 |

Like the black and white, Cook should be more to the left of photo to much stuff behind him
Try cropping with edge of vertical to the pot handle. This will divide up the thirds better and isolate the subject.
