Well, that's one way to get a nice diagonal in the foreground...and it's effective. I love the geometry: two nearly equal rectangles, one of which is divided diagonally into two triangles. (You've invented a new 'rule-of-thirds'.) Each of these three areas has a different texture and color. High key works here, too. 8 |

The composition on this image is a little drab. Perhaps a image right down the fence line? |

Very bold, and very good. The composition is refreshing. I love the diagonal sheep path intersecting with the foreground ridge line. Also the muted colours. So good to see such original thinking on the subject of landscape. 8 |

Sheep. Not sheeps. The black border detracts from this shot. The colors are lovely, soft and muted. The horizon divides this shot in half, which isn't good composition but I really like the fence, grasses and hill and the smattering of sheep. |

Landscape with lines may be a better title, as the juxaposition of the lines (wires, grass, horizon) is pretty interesting. Those white dots you call sheep could have been boulders from what I can see. :-) A little saturation to add some color would be cool. |

Kudos on being unique, and in a very good way. This is quite a nice abstract, I really like the subtle-ness of this image. For some reason, this reminds me of a very basic patchwork quilt, perhaps it's because of the soft faded coloring...I'm not sure, but I do know I like this very much. |

Interesting angle, i like the foreground, too bad the sheep weren't a little more in focus to make a more pwerful capture. |

didn't care for the fence, but it does add something to an otherwise boring background. |

wow! when i first looked at this picture, i thought that the tan grass with the fence was a huge cliff that the sheep were about to fall off of. trippy and very interesting, on the distance aspect. |

Rotation is interesting. Very unexpected. |

5 - Mostly for the potential. Criticism; like to see it at least 640 on at least one side (preferably width), but possibly height too. Not sure if you rotated this, or this is how the scene looked, but either way looks like the 'horizon' needs a slight nudge up on the left hand side. Unusual view/angle and looks like it has potential and even though the colors are fairly 'drought' stricken (seemingly), like to see a little bit more contrast or color adjustment, somehow. Frame detracts in my opinion. And, if 'sheeps' was intentional, 'ok', otherwise, 'sheep'. |

Ok, just a few things, the sheep are very small, I had to really look for them. Also, I know that this was basic editing, but maybe a different angle to take this pic so the line isn't going across the field. One more thing, I think a lighter or no border would have worked better. Tracie |
