Not much to say, Just me lying with my face on a glass table. Used a cantalope as my model to get exposure and focus, then 10 sec timer and replace cantalope with my face. Cantalope would probably have gotten a better score. LOL!

I think the warm lighting works well here against the black background. Very dramatic.

I love the lighting here! Might have cropped higher on the bottom, since it feels like there's too much space there compared with at the top where you're kind of cut off.

Shame you can see the line from the edge of the mirror and the double ghosting effect from the reflection is slightly distracting.

I've spent a lot of time looking at it... and I think that I would like it even better if it were turned 90 degrees to the right (if that makes sense). Regardless, A nice clear, well-lit shot, that really gives me some sense of who you are.

sorry, this genre has been done too often and much better for yours to stand a chance

I think a portrait should reveal some character, or emotion of the model, by showing expression in eyes or other facial features. Did your picture accomplish that? Yes

artistic/creativity?good

Technical?good

Overall? good idea and execution.

Great catchlight in your eye, and nice expression, too.
