Omigosh! Last minute photo. Well, not literally. Just as the sun was setting. Used Neat Image to clean up the shot a bit, since it was kind of dark, and there was a lot of noise. I used natural light, which was fading fast.

Nice composition. It looks like it might be slightly too soft. I'd like to see a different background. Overall -- Nice shot. Good luck!

i love the softness if this image... solid background would've worked better for me... 6

You look awesome for someone's Nana! The flower in your hair really adds to the overall emotive quality of this photo. It seems to add a playful but sensuous feel.

A classically elegant self portrait and one I'm sure you'll be gald to have of yourself. The addition of the flower sets this off nicely and doesn't take too much focus away from your face, which is the main point of interest in a self portrait. However, the background is a bit muddled. If I was you I'd take this shot again with a more suitable background, as you've captured yourself very nicely here. I also like the soft focus, but almost feels its a bit too soft

I like the peacefulness of this photo, brought on by the expression and the muted colors.

A little soft. Looking off to the right ... at what? I want to see. Perhaps a landscape crop with space to the right... so you're not so crammed in. Good attempt.

A bit fuzzy to me. The shot otherwise is set-up very well.

Another great flower pic here at DPC - and then there's that hibiscus, too! ;)
