I like big clouds and lots of sky. But the texture of the clouds seems lost. I have been trying to capture texture and get the terrain. Split ND filter? |

The detail in your clouds is gone because you have over exposed this shot. Plus your vantage point minimizes the details in the foreground. |

Overexposure in the sky, too bad because the structures in the clouds are nice. |
