Hi Steve, nice to meet you!
I think your commenters all make sense. Perhaps it is an English difficulty, so I will explain:
Each week there is a challenge, or an idea. If you wish to submit, take a picture with that idea. The idea for this challenge was "country life" which means "living out in the country" or in a rural area. For the photograph due tonight, that means "A night on the town" - what you do after dark with friends to spend time or something.
If you do meet the challenge, you then can focus on lighting, color, focus, and trying to create a good picture. You have a very nice camera, keep trying!

| I'm sorry, I dont really see the link with "Country life" here. For all I know, this could be a mall in any city. Photo has interest to it. I like the colours, but it seems a little washed out with the red carpet. Cute kids... |

And this depicts Country how??? I could see if maybe a Farm tractor was in there but It just looks like a three Car pileup.
