Maybe you can have this put on one of your colleges brochures. Nice picture.

The picture contains too many elements

lacks punch, pop and wow - perhaps hazy or not sharp? colors seem a bit dull too.
Try USM, 35%, radius 60-70 and t-hold of 1 and see if that helps some.
