Very nice colors! Composition is ok. The trees seem slightly soft or out of focus. That does lend a certain impressionistic feel to this shot, if that's what you were going for. I might suggest cropping out some of the top--the overcast sky is a little distracting because it's so bright and draws the eye away from the nice colors you've captured in the trees.

The yellow is stunning. However it's hard to make out details in this photo. Is it out of focus?

Love the colors - but this is really busy... almost hurts my eyes. I can see what you were going for though - maybe crop out the sky completely so the frame is filled with color, or crop in real tight on the little tree closest to your camera and blur the background? Just my measly suggestion. :-)
