Great portrait of the cat, i wish more light was in his/her eyes though.

He has that look of..."Hurry up". Nice detail in this shot.

I feel the challenge this week should be the shadow as the subject of the picture. otherwise this is a good photo.

you have used shadows very well here. very sharp focus makes you want to pet him and I don't much care for cats.

I hate cats but this is a great photo.

How'd you get a photo of my cat, lol. and his names Thomas. I went with the cat photo as well. "how cliche" *tongue in cheek* "8". Dogman ;-)

Give max a scratch behind that left ear for me if you don't mind. Nice kitty portrait. Is the shadow line across his chest intentional?

Very nice photo, beautiful cat. VERY MINOR NIT: unshadowed side of face, in the cheek area has a silvery tint. I get that too often myself with very white subjects in direct sunlight. No suggestions, just try fiddling with the camera settings until it goes away. (It is a very small, practically unnoticable defect.) Photo 9 Creativity 6 Shadows 7 total 8 (some may grade you down due to the shadow enhanses the cat and not the other way around)

I do like how you caught the eyes at different dilations

cats suck

I had the same trouble when I was shooting my cat, but I'm going to have to mark it down because you allowed too much of the white fur to be blown out.
06/17/2002 01:09:00 PM
he's a cutie
