Nice rich colors! Interesting framing, although the bare tree seems a little too prominent in the picture (IMO).

I don't get the feel of depth. Horizon is level. The tree branck does not help.

The color and brightness makes me want to focus on the background, but the DOF forces me back to the foreground where things are less interesting.
