Exposure, contrast, or something seems a little off here. It's difficult to form an opinion because there is no detail. Shadows are black and the highlights are blown.

Interesting idea. I think it could be better if you had increased your exposure time so that the lights from the cars streaked more. Also, this would lighten the sky a bit, pehaps improving the photo. Good creativity, though!

The colors seems off in the moon. Did you have to set the contrast really high to get the inky black and have the headlights pop? Nice idea, but maybe a better initial exposure would have made the post-processing easier and its execution better.
