This picture is just AMAZING! The depth of this, the colors, i love the forground bush, very Wyoming. ITs a beautiful country. Adding this to my favorites. |

Congrats on a top 10 finish. A very good photo. I like the composition and how you use the wide angle lens to create interplay between fore-, and background. |

This one is perhaps my favorite of the entire chalklenge. So much depth and interest is gained by having the bush in the foreground. I'm amazed that this was all done within basic editing as it looks like it would have been a very hard scene to expose properly without getting lost shadows or blown highlights.
The texture in the snow is very eye-catching as well. In particular, I love the lower-right corner transition from snow to dirt.
Beautiful photo, 10 from me and going in my faves. Congrats! |

Amazing =10. The standards in this challenge are really high. I have given about eight top scores and normally I only give a couple. This is one of the best for me though. |

Odd title but a terrific photograph. I love the juxtaposition of the two dominant structures ... the bush and the mountain have equal billing here, and the photograph is all the better and more interesting for that choice. Simple decisions like that are what separates memorable photographs (especially landscapes) from all the forgettable two-dimensional postcard shots. Well done. 8. |

There is some confusion as to the focal point of this picture. A tension exists between the shrub in the forground and the mountain in the background which would work better if the shrub was a more interesting thing. |

Dynamic. The colours in the living dead plant match those, but for an octave, those of the mountain. Brilliant capture. The textures snow enhances this capture. Snow vs land, cloud vs sky, plant vs rock. Just grand. 9 |

Cool perspective, yet a very balanced view. Great lines, good impact, yet rather darkish toned. |

This is awesome. It looks almost fake. Too bad the clouds weren't a little sharper and more interesting. Did you mean for the title to be quiet instead of quite? |

One of my favorites for this challenge! I love the angle of this shot...very nice. The sky looks fabulous and the colors look great. The bush in contrast with the mountain really makes the shot for me. Very well done! |

would that be "quiet?"
fantastic composition in this one - I love that the bush and the mountain are of almost equal size. the color complement is perfect and your tones are good and deep. could have used some sharpening, though. |
