what a fun image! great job keeping everyting consistent and keeping subject matter interesting. the direct lighting is nice, I would like to mabey see this with a wrap around technique (taking the light and shooting it through a diffusion screen above the subject) overall a great image none the less.8!

this is the first image that actually caught my eye as interesting! congrats on a novel idea and a great holiday card! my only criticism would be that the lighting on the spot lighting on the right side of the hat could have been a little bit softer or more diffused...it doesn't really show until the third photo, but the third one looks a bit harshly lit (changing the color of red in the hat). it's a minor thing, but it's the one thing that i'm noticing.
congrats again on an AWESOME idea and fun holiday card.

You could have made a better use of available space by not creating that one outer white frame. I don't think that it adds much in this case. Still, nice ligh on the cap, and a triptych that tells a story. Good luck!

Hats off to this entry!! LOL Very creative and great for the challenge. You could have reversed the sequence and called it "The Season of Excitement!" Hmmm, I just might steal that idea for fun. :) GREAT JOB and good luck.
