I really wish you had saved this picture for free study. It is fabulous, and without the dividers (ie in free study) i would have scored it a lot higher. The image just does not lend itselfwell to a triptych, andit appears that it has just been made into a trip to fit thechallenge.

A nice macro by the division looks more like lines drawn through the photo than an actual splitting. The subject itself doesn't seem to lend itself all that well to the triptych format - it makes the legs seem to be cut off of the body.

How does the division of your picture into three frames enhance the photo? How does this \"tell...a story or illustrates a concept or object\" better than the original image?

The way you've divided this shot just doesn't work for me. It's a great shot by itself and I just keep asking myself why you would want to divide it this way. 5

A nice picture that has been destroyed by the black lines.

Great macro! Not sure if the triptych really adds anything to the image, but I love the detail, colors and texture of the picture itself - nicely done.

I know this meets the challenge, but I am not a big fan on just cutting up one nice shot into 3 with distracting borders. Seems too easy, no real creativity required.

Would be a good shot for a macro or other challenge, but not very well suited for a triptych arrangement.
