I'm not sure what the point of the photo is, but it just doesn't do anything for me. Maybe from a different and more dynamic angle? The harsh shadows are distracting too. I think if the background were farther back, the shadows would have been less harsh and the wrinkled backdrop would have been more pleasantly out of focus.
Not trying to be mean, just constructive.

Although the photo, meets the challenge requirements in terms of a single light source I don't feel the photo tells a story and the lighting doesn't add any drama.

The background is a bit distracting with the wrinkles and everything. I'm sorry, but this just doesn't hold a ton of visual appeal for me. I guess I'm not seeing very dramatic lighting going on. The shot seems poorly focused, and has a predictable composition and perspective. What you might try next time is to bring the subject well in front of the background and use depth of field to emphasize your focal point. Another thing you might try is shooting the subject from an unusual angle.

Hope this helps!

I don't see the dramatic character of the lighting which was after all the subject of the challenge.

I think the lighting is a little dull, It could have been a little more dramatic. Also I think the grey sheet in the background is a little distracting because it is so close.
