Very good entry! Congrats on your finish. I loved this entry and scored it well, my only suggestion would have been that the rest of the hand wasn't so blurry. Your DOF is great, don't get me wrong. I like how part of it is out of focus, it makes your eyes go right to the paper, but the rest of the hand and the fingertips are extremely blurry to me. The first two fingers look great, but the third finger and the pinky almost merge together. See what I mean? If it was't for seeing the tip of the thumb, the base of it could have been mistaken for something else. Overall, awesome shot. I could never take something this good. Way to go.

I've used.. er... seen.. er... I've heard about this type of cheating before. Bumping up for the effective use of shallow DOF. |

Very nice use of shadows and depth of feild. Not to mention a time-honored tradition. |

Like it!
Something funny going on with the thumb, but this strange effect works and draws the eye to the paper.
Good luck

Love the DOF and little piece of paper. You're a smarter cheater than all of the other guys (and let's not forget THE girl) who wrote the answers on some part of their bodies. At least, if you get in trouble and can swallow the evidence. Don't know what the others will do? |

best 'cheating on a test' entry I've seen so far. Simple and effective; well-shot as well. |
