great.. simply a great look for this beautiful girl. i really like the BG and the prop. did you whiten the sclera of her eyes?
i agree. why did you shoot at 2.8 and so fast @ 125? if i had my guess you were trying to throw the wall out of focus and also prevent her hair to blur.. |

Yep Zero... The light was very low and I was hand holding this one. We shot some slaved to the speedlites but I turned the transmitter off for a few and this was one so I had to stop up to compenstate for the lack the hand hold in low light. I guess at 1/125th I could have gotten away with f4 or so but I also wanted to blur the background as much as possible since it was her bedroom wall and I didn't want any detail at all. |

why did you use such a high f-stop? was it to compensate for the low light? |

I don't know what it's about this shot, but I have come across it many times in the galleries and everytime it makes me stop. Hard to explain, but I think it's one of those shots you cannot reproduce. There's something about that look which makes me feel that only could have done it with this model and only at this moment. It will forver be unique, I think. |
