This is an interesting angle and a good subject. The lighting bothers me a bit - the house/roof and the background seem to be the same shade, making it hard to tell what's going on at the edges; and his face is heavily in shadow, which looks a bit awkward in a challenge that has me looking at the people.
The composition of the photograph - the way the house is on an angle - works nicely, as does the close proximity of the two men, helping to keep focus on them. |

| Sharp photo! I'm not sure that this coloration works here...see how the edge of the roof melts into the sky? Plus the shadow across the worker's face hides quite a bit. Challenge well met. 7 Rob the Swash |

| Men at work. Definately meets challenge. I do think it would have been better in color. The sepia tone just doesn't seem to go here. 5 Good luck in the challenge. |

just as an observation..... "hot job" would may have been better expressed with this photo in color... The sepia tones everything down and makes a solemn feeling.
Excellent composition, and decent interest level. |
