I couldn't resist! I saw this image and I knew just why they named these "Hornet Balls" I was visiting an Uncle in North Caolina and he had found this leaf with a "hornet ball" on it. So I thought I would share with you with a a little photoshop fun.

The tree leaning in on the left throws this off. Maybe standing to the left and a little closer?? Or closer looking up at one of them with that awesome sky as the background? |

That is truly odd. Nice framing and composition (including the tree and sky). Nice rich colors as well. |
