 I am going to be away for the week of voting, but will be back the day voting finishes. Hope no-one challenges the entry, but I can't see why anyone should.
I was looking for a shot which indicated community service. Thought that the armed services was one thing that indicated service. Had a shot of poppies put out for Nov 11th that were still placed in front of the shrine, but preferred this - taken in the display of medals within the shrine.

Cropped, curves, USM, contrast upped by 5, separate USM for highlights and for rest, resize, border USM aqgain.

7 - Like the concept and colors. Criticism; if it were either straight and symmetrical or even on the diagonal but 'balanced', make this even better in my opinion. A little more focus/sharpness too, and seems a variation in lighting may have also helped. Like the 'appearance' of depth behind the medals.

I like the idea, and the picture has great focus, but the background takes away from the image for me.
