A different approach than the regular eye macro. This sure will have different opinion from people.
my first impression was its just technically flawed, but now that I hav spent some time looking at it, i like it. the grain adds to the overall image IMO. I would have loved the eye placed a little higher in frame though.
at dpc, a photo like this one won't score high as voters spend very little time on one photo while voting
I feel its a good image, but doesn't have appeal for dpc-voters.

| The voters missed here. They find it difficult to switch gears between a tack sharp image and an artistic graphical interpretation. Nice work. |

I know this is a "been there, done that " pic for a lot of challenges, but this one is very nice. One of my tops. It fits with the theme well and it is a great pic.

| A nice and very interesting rendition to portray this concept. Bumping up on its graphical and visual strength. Others may ask for tighter focus, but they miss the point. This is an artistic presentation. Bumping up. |

| The image is very noisy and the DOF is too shallow IMO. Does not seem to meet the challenge if the "Eye" is an adult. |
