Excellent concept for this. I think it might look even cooler if the middle pose was halfway inbetween the starting and ending positions. I like her peaceful expression in the top 2 panels. I think this border fits the image well too.

I find that the curves are lovely and visually seductive, leading the viewer around and around - but then BUMP - I crash into one of the straight hard lines dividing the triptych. Is this jolt of tension a good thing? Maybe. But what would it look like of you took them out and gently blurred the transition between each frame?

I like this better than the triptych that you entered, a very surreal quality to it.
Would have been better without the wrinkles.
I hope you explore the black light more...

This is an excellent triptych! The blue light on the body works very well as with the light foreground. I also like the crop that you have done. Great achievement. Well done!

The use of a black light for this image is great. I never thought this would render skin tones nicely but yet again I am proven wrong. The only thing that bugs me a tad is the fact that the sheets are wrinkled. maybe because there aren't much of it to begin with so my eyes tend to wander that way. The head position in frames 1 and 2 are great. Frame 3 is a little less desired simply due to tha fact that her face is almost dark and out of frame.

It's a beautiful study of femininity :) I commend your wife in helping you explore the beauty of a womans' body. Great job.

Very nicely done! Looks just like she's lying on a light-table. I've seen nudes by some famous photographer done that way (can't remember who), your's are just as good. (And without the $1K light-table!). The only minor changes I might suggest are to space the progression of motion more evenly. The top and bottom panels are an excellent start and conclusion, but the middle one is somewhat similar to the top one. As individual photos, they are all great, but this might work even better as a dyptich, skipping one of the top two. Finally, I'd simplify the framing a bit, nesting black wiithin blue within black is a bit much. But all in all excellent work!

I think that the blue colouration and the selection of poses are great. I really like the way that the foreground is differently lit form the background. It sets the whole thing off. Great work.

It's heavily processed and probably falls more in the "digital art" category, but the "blue" color is actually one of the few things that wasn't altered in post-processing.

The image was shot under black light (long exposure). It's "blue" straight out of the camera. Post-processing was clone and healing of a few blemishes and c-section scar, NI, USM, gothic glow, added noise, darkening of shadows (not necessarily in that order).

I really like this effect. What process did you use to get the blue effect?
