You have met the challenge very well.
I really like the way you have chosen to compose this shot. The horses provide a nice focal point for the eyes to "rest" on, and the "negative space" (for lack of a better term), forces the eyes to go to the left side of the frame. I also like that one horse is further back which helps to draw the eyes "into" the frame.
The focus is great, and it allows the detail of the horses and surrounding countryside to show up. Part of me doesn't like the coloring, maybe a bit too red/orange/brown, but it does help to show the dramatic clouds in the sky.
Great work, this is an awesome shot.
Best to you in future challenges.

| I like the tones very much and you've also acheived very good perspective between the horses and the background. The sky also adds interest, but I think that the upper third of the picture could have been cropped out without losing anything. Well done. |

| I really like the feel of this shot. The use of space is great. The menacing clouds overhead give it that "tornado coming to Kansas" feel. And your border is tasteful and not distraction, like so many in this challenge. Oh.. and it goes all the way to the edge. I almost want to give you bonus points for that, but you don't need them. |

| Beautiful ... I love the subtle lines in the sky. An interesting twist on leading lines to subject ... here, they draw me away from the major subjects to really see the details throughout the scene. |

| Great shot, I'd have prefered this perhaps a touch sharper. The composition is stunning, I love how their gaze leads your eye towards the empty foreground on the right. The sky is very atmospheric. This might have got a 10 without that border, which I REALLY dislike. Your photo would have been far more effective with a different one. 9 |

| It's a great shot but perhaps cropped a little too close as the bottom. Also, I'm not sure that the border is really auited to this shot - it has a modern feel to it. The clouds, horses and colours are lovely. Well done. |
