Very good B&W I think it could have been shot a bit closer and crop bottom foreground. It is doing nothing to enhance the main subject, which is the top of chimneys and steam?smoke.
Due to the brightness of sky and light on steam that is where the eye is directed Black blurry areas do not attract the eye-therefore the bottom area is not important to this image. Good clean.

The top part has nice contrast but the bottom is real dull and underexposed. Maybe that's the feeling you were after but I think I would have preferred using a gradient filter or a stronger one to bring out more detail from the bottom.
