| I'm not sure I see the link to the theme in this image. The image is far too soft and the lines seem to be out-of-level by accident. |

| A rainy day indeed. What does this have to do with too late? Even aside from the challenge, there doesn't seem to be a point of interest in this photo. It's also a bit out of focus and somewhat flat. |

Focus could be improved. Composition putting the drainpipe straight up and down would help. Levels to improve color.
Focus is the big issue. |
