Toch vind ik hem leuk luc. Alleen trein richting is wat onduidelijk.
Als ik kijk naar de trein lampen komt hij aan.. uhh.. . too early challenge?

one of the best for the subject matter. Composition makes the eye travel to the enc of the train. Like this picture a lot.

The first thought is that its impossible to know whether the train is coming or going. The second is that if this isn't a set-up, which I suspect it isn't somehow, then I think you perhaps need to go into b/w territory: it at least gives an edge of reportage that makes the ordinary more interesting - and this is fairly ordinary, really; and perhaps use processing to pull out the sense of those out-stretched arms, whicha are the real point of this scene - they're what communicates your message here. Keeping the far side of the tracks properly exposed is useless if it means relegating her pose into the shadows. If it was set-up, then you needed to capture some motion in the train, at the very least, as well as putting more into the compositional elements.

The persons head looked blurred, but otherwise, it's a good concept.

It would have been nice to use a slower shutter speed to visualize the moving train.

You've got the concept of "too late" working.
Could use a bit more contrast in your forground figure. Maybe a brightly colored coat would have helped, not only to bring the figure forward, but also to tie it to the train. Also, I think it would have been nice if the clock were more prominant.
