not sure how your title fits the image...
without a subject, this is not that interesting an image to me. i'll give you a 6 just for getting out into the cold, but don't really see anything here to take me beyond that. |

| I think a little cropped off the right side would help the composition slightly. Otherwise a very nice shot :) |

| The use of the border and contrast are excelent. When I see photos like this one I truely beleive we have returbed to a belle epoque. 10 |

| nice leading lines, but toward my left... if you took this shot a little later where i can see more it would be nice... forget your night run title and give it some more flava |

| Fairly clean photo with good perspective and good choice of B & W. On the down side I think the barrier is a bit overbearing and I don't quite get the title. |
