This one is too out of focus for me, and the crop is too tight. It's like a close-up that got a little TOO close. |

i personally like this shot even though the focus is out the window i think it adds an emotion into an emotive shot that could be lit by candlelight, it made me look so you get an 8 |

IMO it is too soft and actually looked better in the thumb. |

This is an out of focus, blurry image. I can only assume tghat the photogrpaher has some sentiment attached to the image. When choosing an image for a challenge, it is important to consider "do i believe this photo is good it has visual and technical appeal to an ignorant (nmeaning someone with no infrmation on the subject) viewer, or do i think it is good because i am emotionally attached to it". Entering images you are emotionally attached to can be quite disappointing as the voter will not escuse the flaws as you do. |

Tis a shame the the photo is blurred and fuzzy for I see all those nice warm orange/yellow tones that really complement the skin tones of the people in this shot. A sharper more detailed image would be better. Either the subjects needed to be more still for the long exposure on the camera or you might have introduced another light source (a few more candles off screne to help with exposure time. Also pulling back and not having such a tight crop on the two people to show more of just a head shot (full head from the neck up) would be better visually. It could also add to the composition possibly if you included a burning candle in the shot that would rest just below the faces and between them so as to not obscure the people. The symbology woutd be to strengthen the visual imagery of 'burning/heated passion both in the kiss being exchanged and the burning flame. |

Very sweet, but also very blurred and I don't see any candles. I see what could be any type of low light. Candlelight is hard to take shots of. I wish you would have given it a try. I voted this way down, sorry. |

I quite like this shot, it gives more of a feel to it than showing detail. Its has a nice dream like quality. |
