I have tried many times to get a crisp clean shot of these guys ,but I just can't seem to come up with one as good as this.

Lovely shot, I try every year when it snows to get shots of one of these guys but they are very ellusive when you are wielding a camera and have been unsuccessful thus far. This is beautiful.

I have yet to be able to take a good bird pic. I don't know what Im doing wrong. This is just great. I have that same lens too.

AWESOME. I really like the blurred limb to the left of the bird. What vibrancy!! Aren't cardinals great?? Really pretty image!

Very nice. Difficult, but if you perhaps could have nudge rotated it up on the right, to try to crop top & bottom to get that branch 'perfectly diagonal', may have given this something 'extra'.
