| I've looked at this photo a few times and tried to like it because I can see myself attempting a similar shot. I think this might have appealed to me more if I could see a hint of detail in the black background. The ornament on the left is very difficult to photograph. There is so much going on, light, reflection, angles, sharp and soft ... that it all runs together for me and my eye can't find a place to rest except the dark, but there's nothing there to hold my interest. |

| an ornament, shot badly, in the dark. i like the colors, but, beyond that, don't find the image that engaging. as for the challenge, there's nothing here that really places it. |
