| Great concept - I do see shallow depth of field in play here - but I find that I wish that there were more spools blurred where only one spool was sharp. |

| nice picture - but why the black border? your image is rather high key and the stark black is distracting. I think white would have worked better. (7) |

| This could work for the pattern challenge also. Nice colors, good textures and pleasing cropping. In this instance, I like the bold black frame for the way it emphasizes the bright colors and shiny texture of the threads. |
