too dark for my taste. The light from the window caused your problem. try taking the pic from a diffrent angle or wait till night fall and see if that helps. |

You should have used a flash to lighten the Homer up. It's way too dark with that window behind him. |

I do not understand how this image in any way represents a shallow Depth of Field. |

The backlight from the window is very distracting. The background is not blurry enough. |

Blown out highlights in the window are distracting - they also led to an underexposed Homer. |
