I appreciate everyone's remarks!!! I don't think I really used any of the camera settings...just the default settings on it. And I did very little adjustment to either pic afterwards. I also use a program called PhotoFiltre that I downloaded free on the web....again thanks and keep the comments coming...they help sooooo much!!! Thanks |

Agreeing with other posters, its soft. You haven't noted down the camera settings which could tell us why.
Again here also you could possibly get more with saturation increase |

yes, you've definitely captured the end of summer feel.
But I do agree with Mike that the focus is soft.
Maybe some Photoshop would make it "pop"? |

Excellent concept behind this image, definitely speaks of fall and the coming change in seasons, focus appears a bit soft, but that might just be my monitor. Nice Job!
