I love the angle and the detail, the only thing bothering me about this shot is what looks like a dining room table in the background. Its very distracting to me

Well done. This is kind of a ho-hum subject for me, though. I've seen a lot of this type of train shot (toy or otherwise) on DPC and they never interested me much in the first place. After seeing the umpteenth photo like this it is hard to look at one with a fresh perspective. I'm not crazy about that really wide border and my instinct is that you could have been a teeny bit more generous with the cropping so that there was a little more space above the subject and just in front to create more of an feeling of movement. Technically, it looks good to me.

3 - Good potential here. Criticism; frame dominates too much and also detracts in my opinion. If the fore of the train were not so tightly cropped, a little sharper too and also the seemingly good shallow 'DOF' incorporated more (with or without the seemingly applied 'grain effect') likely have made this much better in my opinion.

nice modle train almost looks real..the light is just 1 thing that i would cut or work on making it less aritfical
