| I dont understand how this portrays flooding, but the shadows created by the object in the water are very cool. |

| This subject could have given you many ideas for a creative shot. The consequences of the flood, or the power of he flood, shocking moments. Here, I feel the lack of fear, the photo is sad, but I don't see anything that makes me fear of this water. Composition is a bit unclear, too. Photography is something where you only have visual devices to make others feel what you did, and you need to use your creativity 101% to get something stunning. I am sure you will succeed some other time. (2) |

| Yes, it is a photo of a flooded area...but that's it. There is no, or little, sense of fear. Remember the challenge, "Photograph something in such a way that it conveys a personal phobia or fear to the viewer. Try to make the viewer feel the emotion of the fear." The photo has a "snap shot" feel. |

| Without your caption I would have no idea what this image depicted. The tendrils in the foreground look almost like hairs, which made this look like a macro shot. |

| It took a little while to see what was going on in this shot. The circle draws my eye to the lower half of the shot, this area is where there are no ripples in the water so I couldnt get 'flood' right away. |

| Murky stagnant water makes for an ugly shot but doesn't convey fear to me, nor does this look like a flood. |

| Too difficult to work out what it is and too much dead space for my tastes. |
