| Why would he have a needle stuck in his wrist? That is not really a medical or illicit injection point. |

| The photograph illustrates the fear of needles well, but lacks FOCUS! Every element is fighting for attention = no attention given to the right things. It might be a good choice for a newspaper report, though. |

| Looks like the young doctor could use improved needle technique. The cropping seems a little too severe, but the image is effective. |
