I can see what you're trying to do. You definately have the motion blur here, but it doesn't really say speed as much as it says motion. |

Cant decide if Im missing something here, but I just dont like it. Composition is OK, but the subject has nothing to do with speed, and its too bright. I like the feeling of dissonnace here. |

Well there is not much speed in this picture just a blurry horse shakin his head And its all too blurry And the fence is disturbing. Anyway Good luck :) |

The blur effect doesn't quite get across the idea of speed here. Very interesting outcome though. |

Can't quite see what it is; a swinging horse head? I think there's too much light in the upper section. And either the horse or the fence has to be sharp in my opinion. |

see what you were trying to do.. been better if just the head was blurred and not everything else as well |
