Thank you for your comments. The dots which you see are not dust particles, it is the material of the phone which was shining in the sunlight. This picture is just out of the camera with cropping. No sharpening was done.

too much sharpening made the dust spots blow out. Lighting to bright or aperture too wide. Good idea.

Not sure the pattern of numbers nor letters is universal. But good approach, nicely lit.
