A little too dark on the subject. I wish I could read the bottom sign. How'd he get that nice clean guitar and strap? |

It may have been an interesting shot to wait until the light turned green, the cars were on the road beside him, then framed it so that he was further to the left, instead of center. |

Nice selection for this challenge - Just a little dark for my taste - 7 - Gotcha |

Decent idea, but it's too dark and too empty. I think the darkness aspect speaks for itself. As for the empty space, I think this is the kind of image that would have been much better off framed vertically with the man taking up most of the space top to bottom and at the left hand edge of the photo. This closer shot would also let you read the signs he has asking for change a little better. |

Good idea for the contest, but overly dark on my screen. |

Too dark to see what is going on. Lightening the picture should help a lot. |

Nice composition depicting 'City Life'. the subkect is too dark for my tasts, if you are depending on the built in flash for ilumination you need to get in closer because the built-in flash usualy is not strong enough at any distance over ten feet. |

This shows city life very well. A bit dark, but good. Curious to know if you tried a little different angle... maybe from the right a bit more and looking a little up from the ground? Not making my vote based on this, just curious. |

Rockin' out with a Lugz shoebox, definitely high class. I'm not sure the shot is great though, it seems pretty snap shoty. Try a different angl and compose your shot better -- there's a lot of wasted space. |

Sad, but true. This is a pretty good image, but overly dark. Impressed you were able to obtain a good focus lock in this dark conditions, you must have a Sony F707. Photo 6 City 7 Total 6 |

So candid. I like how his eyeglasses mimic the headlights of the traffic. I hope you gave him a buck or two. |

Would have been an OK picture if it hadn't been so dark. |

Nice shot, but the troubador is abit too 'centered' for my eye. There's not much happining on the right side of the shot. I think I would have moved him there. |

...And not an easy one at that. This shot might have had a little more power if the light were moved up a little. The hydrant is too prominent and pulls the eye from what should be the picture's focus. |

Good night shot in terms of focus and subject, but is there enough shadow info to increase the gamma a bit more? |

It's a pity he doesn't stand out a bit more. Flash? |

I am not sure how to do it, but it would have been nice to have a bit more light on this guy. His upper body gets a bit lost in the top of the picture. |

A little dark, and a little too far away. |
