nice parade shot. Parades are hard to shoot well. there's something poignant (and fish-like) about the foreshortened raggedy ann face.

It's a very colourful, exciting shot. Personally I would have cropped differently though - either moving Wendy (is that the characters name?) off-centre or perhaps including more of the crowd watching. Have a look around for "Rules of Thirds" and try placing the characters eye in a thirds-corner... See if it works for this shot or not. Other than that, well done.

I LOVE the mummers parade :) Too bad you cant clone out some of the spectators.. the one with the yellow hat brings my eye to him.her.
Other wise Vivid bright clear and all around a good picture!! 9
