i can understand the offest in this picture but im not sure being offset in this picture works to your advantage.
You may have cropped to leave your subject in the rule of thirds concept |

the framing with the circle is nice, but the subject is more the person in the photo, who is difficult to see due to noise, darkness and seems OOF. |

This is a good interpretation. The subdued tonal range of the framed 'picture' contrasted with the highlights of the circular 'frame' maintained the shape as a dominate aspect. |
