Why is she on a tread mill in jeans?

Good lighting and contrast.

clever stretch on the challenge subject...nice capture, i didn't like the shadow on the wall and you could bring more of the running machine in the pic...
good luck

There needs to be an emphasis somewhere (contrast, lighting, focus..ect).

"Getting in Shape " might have been a better title. I'd crop just below the shirt - the webbed belt is a tad distracting and takes away from the work out sense for me. I like the movement of her hair and the contrast is good.

She's a nice looking girl, but the photo does nothing for me, sorry. I can't see any focus on shape here - certainly can't say that shape is the most important aspect of this photo. Too many different shapes - some round, some angular, but no connection between the different angles, shapes or curves. The shadow looks like it's an accident - it would be very different if the shadow had nice clean lines that obviously echoed the model.

lighting could be better. seems a forward flash might be too rough, for you can see the shadow right behind the hand, and right behind the torso.
