The OOF railing on the right takes up way too much space of the pic, and it distracting. But, the pillar witht he posters on would make a really good subject for a close up, and would IMO also represent City Life.

I'd have composed focusing on less point of interest, letting the viewer understand what is the message you want to pass. Putting too many points of interest is confusing. Nice environment.

interesting perpective, that bright on the right is a bit distracting though. and the hand rail at the front of the picture is really out of focus

I like the play of light, shadow and darkness, and being "under construction" says a lot about city life.

A potentially interesting subject. What kind of ruins it for me is the long, blurry expanse of whatever that is in the foreground. I like the pole with all the flyers and the play of shadow on the planks.

The composition needs a little work. The subject matter could have been better. The image quality is ok. Could have been a little more creative. - 4

I like the perspective along the rail, and the busy-ness of your shot fits the challenge well, but there isn't much in the way of interest.
