 My Dad on Siapan Island in 1944. He received a sword wound to his right thigh during hand to hand combat on the island.

I have been trying to photograph all the old photographs he left me when he died. Some are the size of a pstage stamp and the biggest are about 2"X3".

Good job digitizing photos like this. Each image tells a thousand stories, would be a shame if they ever got lost.
