I'm probably taking a big chance entering flowers into this challenge. There will probably be quite a few.
Dragged the shutter to pick up the late afternoon light coming through the window (minimal) and used flash with cord attachment pointed straight down at flowers.

Patch tool to remove most distracting pieces of basement rubble
Edit, transform, rotate to straighten flowers a bit
Crop
Levels, 0, 1, 197
Saturation +25
Duplicate layer
Curves, 143, 112 to darken floor and background
Layer mask, paint back to first layer to lighten flowers and vase again
Flatten image
Resize, 570 px length, 72 ppi
Sharpen
Fade sharpen, 70 percent
