The ribbons of light are a constant that really applify the sense of movement in the city. I love their contrasting color amidst the deep blue sky. The dots of lights in the buildings are a real stand out.

such great flow and movement here/ terrific composition paired with the motion blur of lights. there is a real sense of excitement upon entering a new city type feel, all coupled with an intimacy that makes the shot feel intimate. well done.

It still has a border, he, he :)))) I love the sky in this shot. I like "more lights turned on" in the buildings, but the glowing oversharpening edges around the buildings are a big turnoff (for me). I wish the broken up contrails (sky left, I think that's what they are) and the tall pole at the right weren't there.

Also, the city part of the picture has a "brownish" quality to it (at least on one of my screens, on the laptop the brownish turns quite dark) that gives it a feel that, IMO, doesn't do justice to the beautiful sky and all the beautiful lights and light trails. I love all the different colours in the windows and the front lights/rear lights.

This is a good blue hour shot, but there is nothing really special about it to make it stand out over others like it (and I hope you take this as constructive, I mean it that way - I often "fall in love" with my own shots and don't notice that they really are not that special).
