 Mix dark greens with light, crisp greens with tender and straight greens with curly. Radicchio adds color and texture too. The drier the leaves, the better the dressing will hold. Pour dressing over greens just before serving, using only enough to coat the leaves lightly, then toss.

i like the idea, but the lighting needs work, but the composition is dead on.

Love the almost fabric texture of this: makes it very ambiguous. However, would have maybe cropped out the distracting red bottom left corner.

Radicchio is so pretty. Can't wait to see your recipe. Wonder how this would look with more contrast between the white and the wine.

An interesting abstract composition with good use of red. It has an appearance of having had slightly excessive noise reduction applied to the center. If intentional be prepared to have some voters think it is a technical flaw. The brownish things in the top corners and the white line in the lower right corner are minor distractions. I'd be curious to see other angles and different perspectives on the Radicchio.
