Another rose ... it's a little dark, which is unfortunate, because it's very nicely framed and could stand out nicely from the background if it were lighter.

The contrast is a little flat on this one, and you can't see much detail; I tighter crop/zoom might have helped. Its also yet another rose.

Roses are probably the most unoriginal idea for a red challenge. To pull off a rose picture, the photo would have to be amazing. This is a good photo, but not amazing.

Nice job, good sharpness on the entire flower. I like velvety color that you captured. Good job making it stand out from the background. That single petal that touches the water does a good job of tying the picture elements together, if you hadn't done that the water would have been a little distracting.
