 This is taken in an old hospital that burned down in Sylmar, CA. It looks like a door, but it's where a sink and a mirror used to be.

I had to re-edit this for the basic challenge, so it doesn't look as well as my original edit, but that's okay. I just played around with levels, and then unsharped masked and saved for web. Which also kind of sucked because the colors got really washed out.

Excellent! I really enjoy the composition and using the wall as a frame. The colors are supurb. A very subtle photograph that does not need a title.

I like the sense of texture I get from your image. I wonder how this would look with the door a bit more off centered one way or the other. For me, I like things that aren't "dead" centered.

I love the old worn out, beat up stuff like this!!! Maybe having it centered works.... Hmmmm I'll have to think about this.
