She stands out because she is dressed like the Statue of Liberty and that's about it. I'm not getting a sense of her standing out from a crowd since the only other people (besides those that we can't see in their cars) are the two kids on bikes. |

Nice candid, but I would have scored this higher but I don't see the minimal DOF to isolate the subject |

seems like a "busy" photo but the eye is inevitably drawn to lady liberty. 8 just for fulfilling the challenge so well. |

No crowds depicted here to be singled-out from by minimal depth of field.
Unique image here though with the timing of the 2 bikes. |

The challenge asked for a person to be singled out in a crowd using shallow depth of field. I don't think that quite happened because your DOF is quite long. It's unclear if the RH biker or the lady is the subject |
