Found this girl doing her thing on a strret corner. She was actually advertising for an income tax service, but she didn't have her sign. Taken in RAW and converted in PS.

She stands out because she is dressed like the Statue of Liberty and that's about it. I'm not getting a sense of her standing out from a crowd since the only other people (besides those that we can't see in their cars) are the two kids on bikes.

Nice candid, but I would have scored this higher but I don't see the minimal DOF to isolate the subject

seems like a "busy" photo but the eye is inevitably drawn to lady liberty. 8 just for fulfilling the challenge so well.

No crowds depicted here to be singled-out from by minimal depth of field.
Unique image here though with the timing of the 2 bikes.

The challenge asked for a person to be singled out in a crowd using shallow depth of field. I don't think that quite happened because your DOF is quite long. It's unclear if the RH biker or the lady is the subject
